As a Backend Developer at Dooer, you’ll be building the backbone of our agent-based OS. You’ll design APIs, architect distributed systems, and create the infrastructure that enables our AI agents to learn, act, and evolve.

You will:

  • Build and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs
  • Architect infrastructure that supports AI-driven automation and collaboration
  • Create internal tools to accelerate development and operations
  • Solve complex technical problems with elegant solutions
  • Contribute to a modular, evolving system that adapts over time
